Refund Policy
If the opposing party has ordered from this website in the past, a conflict may occur. Upon receipt of the completed Conflict Check Form, the Attorney will check to see if the Attorney or website received information about the opposing party in the past that could be a potential conflict. If it is determined a conflict may exist, the Attorney will contact the customer to discuss options. Both parties may agree to sign a waiver that allows the Attorney to move forward with the work requested. The necessary waiver will be provided to the opposing party to sign and return, if requested by the customer. If the customer prefers or the other party does not sign and return the waiver within seven days, the customer will receive a full refund, generally within 48 hours.
All unused Attorney Phone Time of 25 minutes or more will be refunded upon request. If the money is unable to be refunded to the credit card provided at purchase, it will be deposited as unclaimed property with the State of Washington Department of Revenue or an alternate refund option may be discussed. If after six months, a request for refund is not made, the money will automatically be deposited with the Department of Revenue according to its guidelines. You can request your refund directly at ClaimYourCash.org.
