DIVORCE OR LEGAL SEPARATION PACKAGES
ORDER ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS
SCHEDULE ATTORNEY PHONE TIME

Each Divorce or Legal Separation package contains Attorney Phone Time and the completion of all basic court documents required to fulfill basic filing deadlines in the county you select. Attorney Phone Time for the package includes the initial interview for 55 minutes and a follow-up phone call for 25 minutes. Please note:  all filing fees and filing deadlines are the responsibility of the customer. By not following county imposed deadlines, additional documents may be necessary and may be purchased separately. Additional Attorney Phone Time may be purchased at any time under the “Schedule Attorney Phone Time” tab on the Home page. To get more information, click on the tabs below.

Order Additional Documents

Tap “Additional Documents” on the home page to order an individual specific document. 

  1. You will be directed to a calendar with available times to schedule a date and time for the attorney to call you.
  2. Follow “b to k” above.
Gather Your Information

Before you Start a New Case, Order Additional Documents, or Order Attorney Phone Time, it will be helpful for you to gather as much information as you can about the case and the parties. You will need to have general information to fill out the Conflict Check Form and more detailed information to fill out the Questionnaire that will be provided for you to fill out before you pay for your order. To make filling out the forms easier, you may want to gather the following information:

  1. For both parties: full name, address, phone number, Email address, former last names.
  2. Date of marriage, date of separation.
  3. For all minor children of each parent provide: parents’ names, child’s full name, birthdate.
  4. For both parties’ bank accounts provide: bank name, type of account, last four digits of account number.
  5. For both parties’ real estate, mortgages, second mortgages, Lines of Credit etc. provide: address, lender’s name, last four digit of account number, approximate balance of mortgage, monthly payment.
  6. For both parties’ motorized vehicles, ATVs, motorcycles, RVs, travel trailers, snow mobiles, boats, etc. provide: year, make, model, VIN number, approximate value.
  7. For both parties’ retirement accounts, pension accounts, IRA accounts, brokerage accounts etc. provide: the name of account, type of account, last four digits of account number, approximate value.
  8. For both parties’ debts, IRS debt, credit cards, loans, heath related debts, etc. provide: the name of account, type of account, last four digits of account number.
To Start a New Case

Tap “Get Started” on the home page to begin your Divorce or Legal Separation case. 

  1. Click “Go” button to start your case under Start Your Case Today Or Schedule Attorney Phone Time – 55 minutes
  2. Select the preferences for your situation from the list provided.
  3. You will see a calendar to schedule an initial phone appointment with the Attorney. Select a date and time for the Attorney to call you then click the book now button.
  4. A message will show on the top of the to view your cart.
  5. Click “view cart” button to verify your orders and apply coupon code if there’s any before proceeding to checkout.
  6. Fill-up all the information needed to the checkout page.
  7. Pay for the order.
  8. A conflict check will be performed based on information provided about both parties in the case. A conflict would occur if the Attorney has spoken to the opposing party about specifics in the case or represented the opposing party in the past.
  9. If there is a conflict, the Attorney will contact you to discuss options to move forward or provide a full refund.
  10. The Attorney will call you at the designated time you select from the calendar to discuss your case. During this call, a timeline to receive draft documents will be determined and additional Attorney Phone Time will be scheduled for follow-up questions.
  11. The Attorney will draft your documents and send them to you by Email for review.
  12. At the time you and the Attorney scheduled the follow-up phone appointment, the Attorney will call you and will discuss questions and proposed changes to the documents. Please have all proposed changes and questions for the Attorney ready for this phone appointment.

The completed documents and instructions on how to file and serve them in your county will be sent to you by your preferred method generally within 24 to 48 hours of the follow-up phone call. This 25 minute phone call is part of the package and is paid for previously.

To Order Additional Documents

Tap “See All Documents” on the home page

1. You will then be directed to another page to schedule an initial appointment with the attorney.
2. you will see a drop down and calendar, select the document from the dropdown list and pick a date and time for the attorney to call you then click the book now button.
3. A message will show on the top of the to view your cart.
4. Click “view cart” button to verify your orders and apply coupon code if there’s any before proceeding to checkout.
5. Fill-up all the information needed to the checkout page.
6. A conflict check will be performed based on information provided about both parties in the case. A conflict would occur if the Attorney has spoken to the opposing party about specifics in the case or represented the opposing party in the past.
7. If there is a conflict, the Attorney will contact you to discuss options to move forward or provide a full refund.
8. The Attorney will call you at the designated time you select from the calendar to discuss your document. During this call, a timeline to receive draft documents will be determined and additional Attorney Phone Time will be scheduled for follow-up questions.

10. At the time you and the Attorney scheduled the follow-up phone appointment, the Attorney will call you and will discuss questions and proposed changes to the documents. Please have all proposed changes and questions for the Attorney ready for this phone appointment.

To Schedule Attorney Phone Time

Tap “Schedule Attorney Phone Time” on the home page

  1. Select the amount of attorney time you want from the drop-down menu.
  2. Tap Add to Cart.
  3. You will then be directed to a calendar to schedule a phone appointment with the Attorney. Select a date and time for the Attorney to call you.
  4. Select a time and tap Book Now.
  5. Fill out the Conflict Check form and questionnaire completely. Although the Attorney is not completing a document at this time, information about the parties in advance of the phone call is necessary to discuss case.
  6. Pay for the order.
  7. A conflict check will be performed based on information provided about both parties in the case. A conflict would occur if the Attorney has spoken to the opposing party about specifics in the case or represented the opposing party in the past.
  8. If there is a conflict, the Attorney will contact you to discuss options to move forward or provide a full refund.
  9. The Attorney will call you at the designated time.
