Additional Documents

You can purchase documents as you need them. For instance:  if the case is already filed and served, you will need to formally respond in writing or if you simply want to get the case started you can order a Summons and Petition, and Confidential Information. In addition, all family law cases with children will need a Parenting Plan and Order of Child Support (if there is not already one through the Division of Child Support). Each form you order will come with a fixed amount of attorney time included. If you need more time, you can order it separately at a later date.
